Who we are
This website is operated under the name Breaktrail Leander Land Clearing, which arranges and manages land clearing for properties up to 30 miles from Leander, Texas, through licensed and insured contractors. Questions about this notice can go to the phone number or address at the bottom of this page.
Information you send us
When you use the estimate form, you give us the service you need, the property ZIP code and city, your first and last name, your phone number, your email address and any details you choose to add. When you call, we receive what you tell us and the number you call from.
A form submission also includes the page you sent it from and a simple label for how you reached the site, such as search, a link from another site or a direct visit. That label is kept in your browser's session storage while you browse and clears when the browser session ends.
How the estimate form works
The form sends your details to this site's own address (/api/lead), which passes them to the system we use to record and manage requests (a customer relationship management service). Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person rather than an automated script. To do that, Turnstile processes technical information from your browser and device, and your IP address is passed along for that check. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site may be answered by an automated voice assistant that takes down your request. Those calls may be recorded and transcribed so the request can be passed on accurately. We use what you tell us on a call the same way as a form request.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your request, discuss the property, arrange an estimate, schedule and manage the work, and keep records of requests and jobs. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Who we share it with
We share the details of your request with the contractors who would assess the property and carry out the work. We also rely on service providers that process information on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, runs the bot check and provides site analytics; the customer relationship management service that stores requests; and the phone and voice-assistant services that handle calls. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views and to see how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies for this, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technical storage while it runs the bot check on the form.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, carry out and stand behind the work, and meet legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your choices

Children
This site is meant for property owners and managers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
If how the site handles information changes, this notice will be updated and the effective date above will change.
